Energy Testing
Taylor Products offer an energy testing survey to assist in analysing potential savings to be achieved by retrofitting insulated heaters and insulated jackets to injection moulding machines and extruders.
Sophisticated test equipment is used to monitor energy consumption on machinery and software based on hundreds of historical surveys is used to assimilate possible energy savings and financial payback. The survey is supplied in both paper and CDROM format.

Design Services
Taylor Products offer a free design and quotation service for process heating applications. Our customer's requirements are analysed in respect to cost, time and temperature and suitable proposals using the most satisfactory technology can be recommended.
This service is offered on a ‘no obligation' basis and is readily available. If necessary our Engineers will visit the customer's site to take detailed instructions and measurements.
