Nozzle Heaters
A variety of nozzle heaters for the injection moulding industry and offer designs in mica, ceramic, cast aluminium and tubular heater design. Most nozzle heater sizes are available ex-stock and can be supplied with or without integral thermocouples.
Thermocouples
Are built to proven designs and can be supplied in a variety of formats to suit virtually any application. Additional accessorise for temperature control and measurement are also available and include compensating cables, plus, sockets and instrumentation.
Mica Heaters
Mica insulated heaters are used in a variety of applications such as the heating of injection moulding machines, extruder barrels and die heads.

Ceramic Heaters
Used in similar applications to mica heaters but usually for applications that exceed 450 Centigrade.
Insulwatt Heaters
Our patented Insulwatt heaters are used as an alternative to conventional ceramic and mica heaters. They use proven core technology of ceramic or mica heaters coupled with a highly efficient Teflon coated insulation.
